Site consisted of areas with ex-tin mine ponds on Krastic formation and slightly hilly unduklating terrain. Following the study, the development was relocated using mainly the hilly terrain avoiding uncertain characteristics of ex-tin mine land. Geotechnical study, geotechnical investigation, design and supervision of remedial works for ground subsidence caused by sink holes overlaying limestone formation and flooding problems along KTM railway track between Salak South and Serdang Stations. Solution involved construction slurry wall to cutoff flow of water leaching sandy subsoils and installation of stone columns.
